Jim Jordan Exposes Collusion Between Feds and Big Tech

Ohio Congressman Jim Jordan has disseminated additional evidence of collusion between the federal government and private entities to censor the First Amendment safeguarded speech of Americans.
Some of this evidence includes new files demonstrating the notorious Election Integrity Partnership, which singled out social media posts for censorship throughout the 2020 election, was allegedly established “at the request” of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). One of the most salient examples of outright censorship that Jordan shared was a request to censor a tweet published by President Donald Trump which includes a link to a Breitbart News story.
The Election Integrity Partnership (EIP) is made up of the following four organizations: the Stanford Internet Observatory, the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensics Research Lab, the University of Washington’s Center for an Informed Public.
According to internal communications from the Atlantic Council obtained by Judiciary Committee Chairman Ohio Congressman Jim Jordan, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), an agency under the umbrella of DHS, was actually involved in the creation of EIP.
In a separate email, the head of the election integrity partnership, former Facebook executive Alex Stamos, observed that “we are working on some monitoring ideas with CISA.”
“It’s worse than that,” said Foundation for Freedom Online chief Mike Benz, who brought light on DHS censorship endeavors in a report published in 2022. “Watch this 8 minute clip showing the exact timeline chronology in which CISA spawned EIP to censor what the government could not.”
Jordan showcased examples of speech singled out for censorship, which he says consisted of “true information, jokes, and political opinions.” The example Jordan showed to demonstrate this point is a tweet by Donald Trump which includes a link to a Breitbart News story.
This unholy grouping routinely targeted former President Donald Trump in addition to his sons Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr. There’s a concerted effort by the ruling class to stop the populist Right in both the political and economic realms. They ultimately want to deprive nationalists the ability to channel their will at the ballot box, much less exercise decisive decision-making power.
To stop this, there must be a re-assertion of state sovereignty and the use of prudential public policymaking to rein in corporations.
