Judicial Watch is suing to get information regarding an alleged impropriety regarding Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden and a secret service agent.

The foundation filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit with the Department of Homeland Security for records that have supposedly been destroyed about the incident. Judicial Watch wants access to the records if they exist or to understand why they have been destroyed if that is in fact the case.

The allegations come from a Gateway Pundit article by journalist Cassandra Fairbanks originally published in 2017. The article details Biden’s alleged groping antics around women, which reportedly got the former vice president into a heated situation with a secret service agent.

“We had to cancel the VP Christmas get together at the Vice President’s house because Biden would grope all of our wives and girlfriend’s asses,” an agent told Gateway Pundit under the cover on anonymity.

“He would mess with every single woman or teen. It was horrible,” the agent added.

One secret service agent was allegedly suspended because he shoved Biden after the former vice president groped his wife. Biden allegedly cupped the woman’s breast without her consent during a photo op. The secret service agent reportedly had to be separated from Biden to stop him from pummeling the mush-brained masher.

The secret service agent also claimed that Biden used to strut around in the nude all the time.

“I mean, Stark naked… Weinstein level stuff,” the agent said.

Author Ronald Kessler noted similar antics from Biden in his book, The First Family Detail.

“Agents say that, whether at the vice president’s residence or at his home in Delaware, Biden has a habit of swimming in his pool nude,” Kessler wrote. “Female Secret Service agents find that offensive.”

“He would only get naked when Jill was absent,” he added. An additional source claimed that Biden’s gratuitous nudity “was especially an issue at his Delaware house that he would go to every weekend.”

Judicial Watch made the following FOIA request after the Gateway Pundit re-published their article on Biden’s alleged perversions earlier this year:

All records related to a reported incident in 2009 in which a United States Secret Service Agent reportedly was involved in an altercation with, or attempted to strike, then Vice President Joe Biden during a photo opportunity.

The records sought shall include, but not be limited to, witness statements, the Agent’s statement, victim’s statement, alleged perpetrator’s statement, incident reports, investigative reports, communications among USSS personnel regarding the incident, and disciplinary records related to the incident for the Agent in question.

“[T]here are no responsive records or documents pertaining to your request in our files,” the secret service wrote in their answer to the aforementioned FOIA order, adding that “the above mentioned file(s) has been destroyed” due to “retention standards.”

This bizarre response, which does not deny that the incident took place, has prompted Judicial Watch to fight for actual answers about this burgeoning scandal.

“We had not been able to confirm whether the report about the alleged altercation might be true until the Secret Service itself suggested it destroyed records about the incident,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said.
