Legislation for Wuhan Virus UBI Up For Vote Tonight in Congress

According to Rep. Tulsi Gabbard an agreement has been reached and legislation that will direct emergency aid directly to individual Americans will be voted on tonight in the House of Representatives.

Yesterday, the Hawaiian Congresswoman and Democrat candidate for President introduce H.R. 897 to the House of Representatives.
The legislation calls for an emergency nontaxable Universal Basic Payment of $1,000 per month to all Americans ages eighteen or older until the Department of Health and Human Services declares that the Wuhan Virus outbreak no longer presents a public health emergency.
