Louisiana High School Administered COVID Vaccine to Children Without Parental Consent

East Jefferson High School in Metarie, La. recently administered the COVID-19 vaccine to children without parental consent, according to a lawsuit filed by the parents of one of the alleged victims.
G. Shelly Maturin, who is representing Jennifer Ravain in the court of law, issued a statement about what occurred. Ravain’s son was reportedly given the COVID-19 vaccine without any parental notification.
“The egregious and reckless actions of Ochsner and East Jefferson High School went well beyond any legal or moral bounds and at a minimum, constitute a battery upon the minor child,” Maturin said.
“Their actions should shock the conscience of all citizens of Louisiana, and every legal avenue will be pursued to make sure that justice is served,” he continued.
“Hopefully, this type of lawless behavior will stop immediately, and no other parents or children will have to go through this nightmare,” Maturin added.
Ochsner Health, the firm that administered the vaccine at the high school, released a statement apologizing for the lack of parental consent and said they would take measures to make sure this would not happen again.
“We have procedures in place to ensure that all policies are followed; however, in this instance, this did not occur. We have taken immediate action to review our on-site vaccination policies and to ensure that these policies will be strictly enforced moving forward,” said Dr. Robert Hart, who works as Chief Medical Officer for Ochsner Health.
“As a leading healthcare provider in this community, we value the trust that parents put in us to care for their children, and we are revising our school vaccination program to ensure that this does not happen again. We are in communication with the parent who brought this to our attention. We offer our sincere regret and apology for any distress this has caused,” he added.

“A family is speaking out after accusing Walgreens of injecting their 4-year-old and 5-year-old children with the COVID-19 vaccine against their will.
The children were reportedly jabbed with COVID-19 at a Walgreens in Evansville, Ind. against the will of the parents supposedly by mistake. They spoke with WFIE to express their disgust with this instance of medical tyranny.
“Walgreens called me to say there was a mix-up. We did not receive the flu shot,” the mother, Alexandra Price said. “And I’m like, ‘Well, what did we get?’ And he was like, we got the COVID-19 shot, and instantly, I was like, ‘Well what does this mean for my kids?’”
The parents, Alexandria and Joshua Price, also received the experimental COVID-19 jab against their will. But the fact that it was administered to their children is what is especially immoral and illegal. The kids suffered heart problems as well as fevers due to this medical malpractice.
“[The cardiologist] said our daughter was having higher blood pressure than she would like,” Alexandra Price said. “And Lucas, our son, was having tachycardia.”
Family attorney Daniel Tuley produced vaccine cards indicating that the two children, born in 2016 and 2017, received the Pfizer jab. It is not yet authorized for children under the age of 12. Walgreens is predictably downplaying the incident.
“In general, such instances are rare and Walgreens takes these matters very seriously,” the company said in a statement. “In the event of any error, our first concern is always our patients’ well-being. Our multi-step vaccination procedure includes several safety checks to minimize the chance of human error and we have reviewed this process with our pharmacy staff in order to prevent such occurrences.”‘
