MAGA INC: Mark Meadows is Working with Lindsey Graham on Establishment-Approved ‘Contract for America’

Former Trump chief of staff and House Freedom Caucus stalwart Mark Meadows is leading the efforts to co-opt the MAGA agenda now that Trump is out of the White House.

Meadows explained during an appearance on Just the News AM with host Sophie Mann that he is working with establishment stalwarts such as Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) on an overarching plan that will be palatable to the GOP establishment.

“I’ve been talking to Speaker Newt Gingrich, Lindsey Graham, the president. We actually met together to talk about a path moving forward that’s focused on policy that everybody can come together on. You may remember back in the 1990’s there was a Contract for America,” Meadows said.

“Most people don’t remember what those 10 points were, but what we’re doing is looking at something like that. We won’t call it a contract,” he continued, adding that “we’ll be working on an America first agenda that actually sets the narrative for honest debate leading into 2022.”

Meadows and Graham have worked to subvert President Trump’s agenda in the past, such as when they worked together to block stimulus checks directly for the people as Democrats shut down the economy due to the COVID-19 scamdemic.

Big League Politics reported on how two Senate seats were squandered in Georgia because of the so-called “fiscal conservatism” encouraged by the likes of Meadows, Graham, and their crony Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY):

During a recent appearance on Fox News, former President Donald Trump blamed Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) for losing two winnable seats during Georgia U.S. Senate elections in January.

“You look at the two Senate elections, that is such a shame that happened… Those two seats are devastating that we lost, and the Republicans frankly were fighting for $600 vs. $2,000, and that was the only ad that the Democrats took,” Trump said.

“That was a disaster. They should not have been doing that. Mitch McConnell made a tremendous mistake. He lost those two seats,” he added…

Unfortunately for McConnell and the GOP establishment, the rank-and-file Republicans support Trump in overwhelming numbers moving forward. The Republican Party will be a pro-Trump America First party moving forward or it will cease to exist.”

There are dozens of snakes in Trump’s inner-circle swamp such as Meadows who risk undermining his America First legacy by working with those that never truly supported it. The GOP will implode, and the entire country with it, if they are successful in turning the clock back on America First.
