Mainstream Media Admits ‘It’s Kind of Normal’ for Feds to Infiltrate and Stoke Violent Protests, Like on Jan. 6

A Politico reporter admitted during a recent MSNBC appearance that it is “kind of normal” for the FBI and other federal agencies to infiltrate movements and stoke violence.

Politico reporter Betsy Woodruff Swan made this stunning admission while appearing on MSNBC to demonize Trump supporters as domestic terrorists.

“In addition to the preponderance of evidence from just about every single three-letter agency in the federal government that domestic terrorism has become a significant lethal threat to safety in this country, people can also just trust their own eyes. There’s so much video, so many photos, so much first-hand documentary evidence of what happened at January 6th that anyone who is remotely connected to reality can look at the pictures and the video and see that it is absolute lunacy and denialism to suggest that what happened on that day was anything other than a violent attack on American democracy. It’s just wacky,” she said.

Swan then admitted that it is commonplace for federal informants to be embedded within movements fomenting violence, playing it off like it is no big deal.

“Since there was a report that there was an FBI informant among the group of people who were at the Capitol on Jan. 6, somehow this entire thing must have been orchestrated by the puppet masters at the FBI. First, it wasn’t a particularly good FBI informant because law enforcement didn’t know what they needed to know, and that day out played out the way that it did. And second, having informants at the sights of crimes is part of the way that law enforcement works. It’s the very basic blocking and tackling of law enforcement. It’s kind of normal,” she said.

Big League Politics has reported on the possible federal role in fomenting the violence that occurred at the Jan. 6 U.S. Capitol protest:

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) issued a letter to FBI Director Chris Wray on Wednesday demanding information about federal infiltration of militia and patriot groups in the lead-up to the Jan. 6 U.S. Capitol protest that turned violent.

Gaetz said: “As the events of January 6, 2021, come to clearer relief many questions remain unanswered. On June 8, 2021, the Senate Homeland Security Committee and the Senate Rules Committee jointly produced a 95-page report finding problems ranging from ‘federal agencies failing to warn of a potential for violence, to a lack of planning and preparation by U.S. Capitol police and law enforcement leadership.’”

He posed the following three questions to Wray, demanding a written response by Aug. 1, 2021:

1. In the year leading up to the events on 1/6 and on 1/6 itself, to what extent were the three primary militia groups (the Oath Keepers, the Proud Boys, and the Three Percenters) infiltrated by agencies of the federal government (including the FBI), or informants of said agencies?

2. Exactly how many federal undercover agents or confidential informants were present at the Capitol or in the Capitol during the “siege” and what roles did they play (merely passive informants or active instigators)?

3. Of all the unindicted co-conspirators referenced in the charging documents of those indicted for crimes on 1/6, how many worked as a confidential informant or as an undercover operative for the federal government (FBI, Army, Counterintelligence, etc.)?

The letter comes after a powerful segment on Fox News’ Tucker Carlson Tonight where Revolver News publisher Darren Beattie explained possible federal infiltration causing the violence on Jan. 6 while connecting the incident to the phony kidnapping hoax of Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.”

Swan may have accidentally told the truth about how the FBI operates, and how they will goad others into violence to have an excuse to initiate a crackdown and take more power, which very well may have happened on Jan. 6.
