Meghan McCain Uses Father’s Eulogy to Bash Trump

An anchor of ABC’s “The View” capped off a week during which the mainstream press has propped up the legacy of late Sen. John McCain in order to bash President Donald J. Trump, by bashing Trump during her father’s eulogy.

“We gather here to mourn the passing of American greatness — the real thing, not cheap rhetoric from men who will never come near the sacrifice he gave so willingly, nor the opportunistic appropriation of those who lived lives of comfort and privilege while he suffered and served,” said Meghan McCain at her father’s funeral. “The America of John McCain has no need to be made great again because America was always great.”

The mainstream press has gleefully propped up the late Senator to score political points against Trump, apparently forgetting that they called him a white supremacist (and everything else under the sun) when he ran for president in 2008.

Neoconservative losers have also joined in celebrating McCain’s legacy, which includes backing “moderate Syrian rebels” as a Senator.

That move, along with the backing other “moderate rebels” in places like Libya and Yemen by McCain’s close friend Hillary R. Clinton, led to the toppling of once-stable, albeit tyrannical governments, paving the way for the rise of ISIS in the Middle East.

The U.S. government also funded and armed ISIS while McCain served as the chairman of the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Armed Services.
