Michigan Democrat Attorney General Dana Nessel Issues Charges for Absentee Ballot Fraud During 2020 Election

Michigan attorney general Dana Nessel, the Democrat who has repeatedly threatened vote fraud whistleblowers, has announced charges for three individuals who allegedly engaged in the illegal handling of ballots during the 2020 presidential election.

Nessel and SPLC-operative secretary of state Jocelyn Benson are claiming that these instances of fraud are “rare” to prevent further inquiry into the totality of the rigging operation that happened last year.

“These cases highlight the scrutiny applications and ballots undergo throughout the election process, as well as the thorough investigative process that ensues when instances of attempted fraud are suspected,” Nessel said on Monday.

“These charges also send a clear message to those who promote deceitful claims about widespread fraud: The current protocols we have in place work to protect and ensure the integrity of our elections,” Benson said in a statement.

Trenae Myesha Rainey, 28, has been charged with three counts of election law forgery and three more counts of signature forgery on applications for absentee ballots. Rainey allegedly committed these crimes at the Father Murray Nursing Home in Center Line where she worked.

Carless Clark, 59, has been charged with election law forgery as well as impersonating another individual to vote. She allegedly signed and returned her grandson’s absentee ballot even though he voted in person.

Nancy Juanita Williams, 55, has been charged with 14 counts of making a false statement on applications for absentee ballots. She allegedly submitted 26 applications for absentee ballots to nine different clerks for people under her care who were legally incapacitated and had them sent to her home address.

Big League Politics has reported on Nessel’s threats toward lawyers who have alleged election fraud occurred during the 2020 presidential election:

Michigan attorney general Dana Nessel is threatening three lawyers who have had the courage to fight back against voter fraud in the court of law.

She released a press release maligning lawyers Greg Rohl, Scott Hagerstrom and Stefanie Junttila for joining attorney Sidney Powell in pursuing “a frivolous lawsuit in an effort to disenfranchise Michigan’s voters and undermine public trust in the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.”

Nessel hopes that Rohl, Hagerstrom and Junttila are punished and sanctioned to send an example to others that fighting for electoral integrity will not go unpunished.

“These attorneys seemingly made statements they knew were misleading in an effort to further their false and destructive narrative,” Nessel said.  “As lawyers, fidelity to the law is paramount.  These individuals worked to further conspiracy theories in an effort to erode public trust in government and dismantle our systems of democracy.  Their actions are inexcusable.”

... If the truth were known, some would argue Nessel should be brought up on charges of treason and crimes against humanity. This cog in the Democrat machine is heavily incentivized to continue lying and abusing power to keep the truth from getting out to the wider public.”

With Nessel even forced to admit the reality of voter fraud, that is a sign that the dam is ready to break against the grotesque fraud that happened during the 2020 presidential election.
