NEVER DEPORTED: Two Illegals Convicted of Sex Crimes, Then Re-Arrested in Texas

Tuesday, border patrol agents arrested two men in separate incidents in the Rio Grande Valley, both of whom had been convicted of sex crimes in America, but had never been deported.

According to a local Brownsville, TX NBC affiliate, one of the unnamed illegal men was arrested in January 2017 by the Neptune Township Police Department in New Jersey. He was charged and subsequently convicted of Sexual Assault of a Victim 13-15 Years of Age and Endangering Sexual Conduct with Indictment/Accusation. He is a Mexican national.

He was sentenced to 200 days in jail, and later released on one year probation.

The second illegal man, a Guatemalan national who was previously convicted of Rape/Assault, was arrested near Hidalgo, TX.  His charged carried a sentence of 300 days confinement.

Both were subject to “orders of removal,” but were apparently never deported.

According to the NBC affiliate, the “orders of removal have been reinstated.”

The arrest of the sex offenders were part of a larger operation where four other illegal aliens were arrested for various crimes.
