North Carolina Congressman Proclaims That Biden Regime’s ATF Has Carried Out Full-Blown Assault On The Right to Bear Arms

On October 18, 2023, North Carolina Congressman Richard Hudson declared at a press conference with members of Women for Gun Rights, that the ATF has “perpetrated an all-out assault on the Second Amendment.”
This conference drew attention to the precarious state of American civil liberties.
In an introductory statement to speakers from Women for Gun Rights, Hudson declared, “I swore an oath on my first day in Congress to defend this Constitution, but I have known my entire life that the key to the rights that are protected in our Constitution is protecting the Second Amendment, which allows us to guarantee all our other rights.”
He continued:
Over the last two years, the Biden administration has perpetrated an all-out assault on the Second Amendment. The bureaucrats at the ATF have sought to criminalize law abiding citizens, they have targeted businesses that sell firearms, [and] they have targeted individuals. It has been absolutely disgusting what this president and his goons and henchmen have done to try to erode our rights.
Hudson wants a resounding message to be sent to the anti-gun Left, which goes as follows: “We will not be rolled over.”
Florida Congresswoman Kat Cammack also gave a speech at the press conference, declaring, “The Second Amendment is clear: shall not be infringed. I was glad to stand with my colleagues and advocates for women’s rights to keep and bear arms. Thank you to Congressman Hudson and the advocates who traveled to the Capitol today to share their support for this fundamental right.”The Biden regime, like its fellow travelers on the Left, hates the Second Amendment. It has weaponized the ATF beyond belief because it knows that it can’t pass gun control via conventional legislative means.
So it has to turn to bureaucratic tyranny to see its unconstitutional agenda through. This is the behavior of tyrants and the only way to stop it is by abolishing the ATF altogether.
