Notorious Drag Queen Admits to ‘Grooming’ Children

A member of the controversial “Drag Queen Story Hour” has admitted that he is actively “grooming” children to join the LGBT cause.

“This is going to be the grooming of the next generation. We are trying to groom the next generation,” said Dylan Pontiff, a drag queen and organizer of the Story Hour, according to LifeSite.

The Drag Queen Story Hour is a movement that exposes children as young as three to cross-dressers at public libraries, schools and bookstores. The drag queens read story books to children in an attempt to normalize their culture.

Pontiff’s stage name is Santana Pilar Andrews and he performs in drag mostly for adults, which he says is not a problem when it comes to performing for children.

“I can go in and entertain adults in a club and also entertain a group of students and young children. I’m able to do that because I’m an adult and able to filter myself,” he reportedly said.

The Drag Queen Story Hour has stirred controversies and protests, specifically among those object to their use of taxpayer-funded spaces to spread their message. One of those protestors is John Ritchie, director of Tradition Family Property Student Action.

“Unfortunately, the Drag Queen Story Hour program is turning public libraries into platforms to advance the transgender revolution, places where pro-homosexual activists are given access to children as young as three,” he told LifeSite.

“Instead of protecting the precious innocence of our children with wholesome stories, libraries are misusing our tax-dollars to harm their innocence,” he continued. “To attempt to dismantle and destroy the distinction between male and female is not only biologically ridiculous, but also a direct attack against God’s plan for us and for the family.  Everyone who loves the family should wake up, pray and push back.”

The controversy surrounding the group was taken before the Lafayette City-Parish Council in Lafayette, Louisiana when a motion was made to denounce an October Story Hour at the city’s public library. The opponents of the motion predictably labeled its supporters bigots. Ultimately, the majority of the city council absconded their responsibility by refusing to vote on the issue, allowing them to avoid the controversy, the report said.
