NPC Meme Haunts Bernie Sanders On The Campaign Trail

Bernie Sanders’ office inadvertently released a video from his recent Democrat get-out-the-vote rally featuring the “NPC” meme that has riled the arbiters of the Internet.

Independent-minded Americans have attached the concept of “Non-Playable Characters” in video games — ones with scripted lines who guide players through the action — to the left-wingers on the Internet, who march in horrifying lockstep with transparently engineered political talking points.

Here are some of the NPC signs at Bernie Sanders’ recent speech at the University of Indiana at Bloomington, followed by evidence that the NPC meme made it into a video released by Sanders’ office.
