Political Violence: GOP Office Vandalized with Brick Through Window, Graffiti

A GOP office in Nebraska was vandalized by anti-ICE savages late Monday night, according to the Lincoln Journal Star.

“Vandals shattered glass doors and spray-painted “Abolish ICE” early Tuesday morning at the Nebraska Republican Party offices in downtown Lincoln, a police spokeswoman said,” the report says.

According to Nebraska GOP executive director Kenny Zoeller, the party has filed a police report regarding the incident. Investigators are reportedly reviewing surveillance footage to identify the culprits.

Over the weekend, protestors gathered in cities around the country to protest a decades-old immigration policy that temporarily separates children from parents who cross the Southern border illegally. Many protestors called for the outright abolition of ICE.

Zoeller blamed the vandalism on “increasingly radical rhetoric of national Democrat leaders.”

Recently, Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) called for “push back” against Trump supporters and officials.

“The American people have put up with this president long enough,” she said. “What more do we need to see? What more lies do we need to hear?” she yelled. “If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them!”

The vandalism of the GOP office in Nebraska comes at a time of increasingly strained political tension.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielson was chased out of a Mexican restaurant, as was senior Trump advisor Stephen Miller. Press Secretary Sarah Sanders was refused service at a Lexington, VA restaurant Saturday.

Miller’s apartment in Washington, D.C. was recently surrounded by protestors who also tacked up “Wanted” signs around the city, calling him a “white nationalist.”
