Polk County Sheriff Encourages Residents to “Blow Back” Home Invading Criminals With Guns

The Sheriff of Polk County, Florida encouraged his constituents to use their Second Amendment rights to defend themselves from riotous looters during a Monday press conference, warning potential looters that they’d be messing with a gun-loving population if they tried to commit crimes in Polk County.

Sheriff Grady Judd left no doubt as to his support of the Second Amendment rights of Polk County residents.

The people in Polk County like guns, they have guns, I encourage them to own guns. — And if you try to break into their homes to steal, to set fires, I’m highly recommending they blow you back out of the house with their guns.

If you value your life, you probably shouldn’t do that in Polk County.

Some police departments and sheriff’s departments seem to have expressed more concern of the notion of law-abiding patriots carrying guns than they have over criminal looters wrecking mayhem on small businesses and the private property of middle-class Americans.

Patriots have lawfully used their firearms to defend their homes and businesses on multiple occasions since the beginning of the George Floyd nationwide race riots, with many looters retreating upon being confronted by armed Americans.

Sadly, many residents of blue states such as California and New York don’t even have the possibility of defending their lives and liberty with guns. Onerous gun control restrictions largely restrict firearm ownership to the politically connected elite, leaving millions of everyday Americans helpless at the hands of riotous criminals and complacent law enforcement seemingly more concerned with ongoing public relations efforts to appease the looters.
