POLL: 56% Of Voters View Government As a Threat to Religious Freedoms

According to a Rasmussen poll, 56% of likely United States voters believe the federal government is currently a threat to Americans’ religious rights. By contrast, 26% of voters believe the government is a defender of religious freedoms. 17% are unsure. 

26% of voters believe their rights come from God, whereas 60% indicated that their rights come from the Constitution. Only 10% of  voters believe their rights come from the federal government.

72% of Republican voters, 48% of Democrat voters, and 69% of independent voters believe the majority of politicians don’t govern according to Christian principles.

61% of Democrat voters, 59% of Republican voters, and 58% of independent voters indicated that their rights come from the Constitution. 33% of Republican voters, 19% of Democrat voters, and 26% of independent voters believe their rights come from God. 15% of Democrat voters, 5% of Republican voters, and 8% of independent voters believe their rights come from the federal government.

73% of Republican voters, 42% of Democrat voters, and 55% of independent voters believe the federal government currently is a threat to Americans’ religious freedoms, whereas 39% of Democrat voters, 18% of Republicans, and 21% of independent voters believe the federal government protects religious freedoms.

When it comes to race, 60% of white voters, 66% of black voters, and 53% of non-black minorities indicated that the majority of politicians don’t govern in accordance to Christian principles. In a similar vein, 58% of white voters, 54% of black voters, and 53% of other non-black minorities currently view the federal government as a threat to Americans’ religious freedoms.

42% of government employee voters, 26% of private sector workers, and 23% of retirees believe the federal government is an adequate protector of rights. 

Western freedoms are on the line thanks to the post-national elites that have taken over American politics. The fact of the matter is that wokism and anti-white hate are the new religions of the state as Christianity gets run of the public square.
