POLL: 85.5% of Voters Believe Only Americans Should Vote In United States Elections

According to a poll that was conducted by McLaughlin & Associates for Tea Party Patriots Action, 85.5% of voters believe that only American citizens should be allowed to vote in United States elections. This belief also applies to local elections.
“We are just months away from one of the most important elections in our lifetime, and the security of those elections is under siege from an invasion of foreigners crossing our borders illegally,” Tea Party Patriots’ Jenny Beth Martin said to Breitbart News. “Some of them could ultimately vote in our elections with few barriers stopping them.”
By contrast, 10.2% of voters indicated that US elections should not be limited to just American citizens. Roughly 4% stated they were not sure about this policy.
“It’s simple, Americans want to protect American democracy and American elections from the foreign interference of allowing noncitizens to vote,” pollster John McLaughlin remarked. “American voters want to protect their vote from being canceled out by the vote of noncitizens.”
Close to 80% of voters indicated that they back election laws that prohibit foreign nationals from interfering in US elections, which also includes votes.
Further, voters are strongly in favor of establishing proof of citizenship requirements for elections across the nation.
For example, over 83% of voters stated that demonstrating proof of American citizenship should be mandatory for US elections. On top of that, north of 86% of voters indicated that proof of American citizenship should be required for voter registration.
By contrast, 9% to 12% of voters indicated that they do not back proof of citizenship laws for US elections.
Concerns about the US electoral process are valid, especially after the events of the 2020 presidential election. There’s every reason to believe that this process has been tainted. Add in the scourge of mass migration, and you have a recipe for America being demographically displaced at the ballot box.
Right-wingers must make election integrity and immigration patriotism key planks of their agenda to ensure that the US remains demographically and politically stable.
