POLL: More Republicans Are Excited About the 2024 Presidential Election Than Democrats

According to a poll published by Rasmussen poll, 54% of likely United States Voters indicated that the choice between Biden and former President Donald Trump is one they’re genuinely enthusiastic about. 

By contrast, 39% of voters indicated that they’ll be voting for the lesser of two evils. 

68% of Republican voters, 50% of Democrat voters, and 44% of independent voters are excited about the choices they’ll be voting for in November. On the other hand, 45% of independent voters believe that they will be voting for the lesser of two evils in November. 

Biden is currently 81 years of age, and 57% of voters signaled he’s too old to serve as president, whereas 33% indicated he’s not too old. 

In Trump’s case, this is the opposite. 33% of voters stated Trump is too old to be president, and 57% stated he’s not too old.

76% of Republican voters, 44% of Democrat voters, and 52% of independent voters believe Biden is too old to occupy the White House. 50% of Democrat voters, 19% of Republican voters, and 29% of independent voters believe Trump is too old to be president.

Most notably, of all Likely Voters who stated they’re genuinely enthusiastic about the 2024 presidential election, 55% believe Biden is too old to serve as president, but only 22% believe Trump is too old to be president.

By contrast, 76% of individuals who strongly approve of Biden’s  performance as president stated they’re genuinely excited about the 2024 presidential election cycle. On the other hand, 64% of individuals strongly disapprove of Biden’s performance.

60% of white voters, 47% of black voters, 57% of Hispanic voters, and 54% of other non-white minorities believe Biden is too old to serve as president. 

As far as income earners are concerned, those making over $200,000 annually are the most likely to indicate Biden is too old to serve as president. For individuals making between $30,000 and $50,000 annually, the 2024 presidential election is something to get excited about.
