POLL: Republicans Enjoy Advantage On Taxes

According to a Rasmussen poll, 48% of likely United States voters trust Republicans more on the issue of taxation. By contrast, 41% of voters trust Democrats more while 12% are unsure.
84% of voters believe the issue of taxation will be important in the 2024 presidential election cycle, which includes 45% who believe the tax question will be very important. Only 13% don’t believe taxes will be important in the 2024 presidential election.
86% of Republican voters and 80% of Democrat voters trust their own party more to tackle the issue of taxation. Among independent voters, 49% trust Republicans more and 30% trust Democrats more on the issue of taxation, while 22% unsure.
53% of Republican voters, 39% of Democrat voters or 43% of independent voters believe the issue of taxation will be very important in the 2024 presidential election.
49% of white voters, 27% of black voters, and 55% of non-black minority voters trust Republicans more to take on taxation issues, whereas 40% of white voters, 56% of black voters, and 33% of non-black minority voters trust Democrats more on the issue of taxation.
As for income earners, those making over $200,000 annually are most likely to indicate that they trust Democrats more to take on taxes. Republicans enjoy the highest level of trust among voters making between $50,000 and $100,000 annually.
The Republican Party is indeed the more free market alternative compared to the Democrat Party in terms of taxation issues. However, taxes are only scratching the surface when it comes to economic policy. Ultimately, government spending and central banking are far more important in the grand scheme of economic matters.
And on those issues, Republicans and Democrats are practically the same. Hence, the need for a nationalist alternative that will go to war against the administrative state and the central banking apparatus.
