President Donald Trump Prepared To Deliver The Wall By National Emergency Option

President Donald Trump has made the decision to declare a national emergency to build the southern border Wall in the immediate aftermath of the Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh Supreme Court appointments, according to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. (READ: Here Are The 31 Active National Emergencies).

President Trump is prepared to re-allocate congressional spending devoted to other ventures including in Puerto Rico to build the wall in full.

House speaker Nancy Pelosi is contributing to the Wall effort with between $1-2 billion. Her contributions have some strings attached on them that do not apply to the spending reserved for the national emergency portion of this construction project.
