“We had people who were Sadists,” President Donald Trump revealed to his rally crowd in Montana Saturday afternoon, referring to the people in the Department of Veterans Affairs during the agency’s decades-long period of abusing and mistreating veterans.
Trump declined to discuss further, respecting the bounds of good taste, but he made it clear that terrible things were happening before he passed the VA Accountability Act into law to fire the bad people.
“Stories you wouldn’t even believe,” Trump said.
