Report: Liz Cheney’s Net Worth Skyrocketed 600% Just Few Years After Taking Office
According to a new report from Breitbart, Rep. Liz Cheney’s net worth has “ballooned” since she first took office.
It rose from $7 million in 2017, to over a whopping $44 million in 2020. Which is a 600 percent increase and a highly questionable boom even considering the Wyoming representative was an already-independently wealthy individual because of her powerful family.
Per Breitbart:
During Cheney’s first term in office, from 2017 to 2018, her net worth grew from the 71st ($7,036,013) to the 24th ($14,710,513) wealthiest member in the U.S. House of Representatives, the Center for Responsive Politics analysis shows.
This intel on Liz Cheney’s net worth comes from an analysis from the Center for Responsive Politics in addition to her most recent financial disclosure forms.
Cheney reportedly no earned income, gifts, or transactions. But held three positions including “a trustee position at the University of Wyoming, a member of a holding company, and what appears to be her family’s trust.”
Some of the assets Cheney reported include “Citibank ($3,000,000) and Latham & Watkins ($3,000,000).” The latter asset has been a spot of speculation for the anti-Trump representative amidst her re-election campaign and alleged 2024 presidency run because it is the firm her husband is a partner with.
Notably, Latham & Watkins is the same law firm representing “scandal-ridden” Hunter Biden.
“According to Cheney’s 2020 Personal Financial Disclosure, Perry has an ‘equity ownership’ in the firm worth between $1,000,001 and $5,000,000,” Breitbart reported.
This news about Cheney’s husband, Philip Perry, first broke last week when the Daily Mail “reached out to Hunter Biden’s attorney for comment on a story.” The outlet later received a response from an attorney named Christopher Clark.
Perhaps the most surprising thing about this was Hunter’s lawyer’s response when I asked him for comment: pic.twitter.com/BSTsoukXOs

As you can see in the tweet thread above, Clark called reporter Josh Boswell a “parasite” in his email response. Then the partner at the firm Latham & Watkins accused Boswell of living off other people’s difficulties.
Discovering that her husband is a partner at the firm supporting Hunter Biden adds more evidence to the claims against Liz Cheney being a RINO Republican at best, and a secret Democrat at worst.
Americans are quickly beginning to notice that her words do not line up with her actions – nor are they in line with the direction the party is currently going.
This massive boom in wealth since Cheney took office in 2017 adds questions as to how she has lined her pockets whilst being a public servant with a handful of top-listed assets.
Per Breitbart, Cheney nor her office responded to the outlet’s request for comment regarding her husband’s involvement with Latham & Watkins or her net worth growth.
