Republicans Push Back Against Biden Regime’s Efforts to Collude With the WHO to Establish Technocratic Tyranny
Republicans in the United States Senate are resisting an agreement that would grant the World Health Organization (WHO) power over member states if it declares a pandemic. Per Ken Macon of Reclaim the Net, the agreement is “legally binding on all member states.”
The agreement will grant the WHO power to declare pandemics and mandate member states to grant the WHO the “central role” as “the directing and coordinating authority on international health work” in fields such as medical supply chains, treatments, and lockdowns. On top of that, the WHO desires additional power over surveillance and controlling “disinformation and fake news” when a pandemic is declared.
Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson and 16 other Senators have sponsored the “No WHO Pandemic Preparedness Treaty Without Senate Approval Act.” The bill stated that the agreement should be called a treaty. Due to its nature as a treaty, it would require two-thirds of the Senate to vote in favor of it.
“The WHO, along with our federal health agencies, failed miserably in their response to COVID-19,” Johnson commented. “This failure should not be rewarded with a new international treaty that would increase the WHO’s power at the expense of American sovereignty.”
Though Macon noted that “some legal experts believe the legislation will not stop President Joe Biden from signing the accord as the accord was drafted to bypass Senate approval.”
Supranational associations naturally present a major threat to American freedoms. For that reason, they must be thoroughly opposed. These types of institutions bypass republican norms and transfer decisionmaking powers to lifeless bureaucrats and technocrats who can’t be held accountable by voters and watchdog organizations.
Such schemes must be opposed at all costs. Good on Senate Republicans opposing this nonsense. Hopefully, nationalists take full control of the federal government by the end of this decade to ensure that the US is free of all globalist influence.
