Rhode Island Governor Wants to Legalize Abortion up to Birth Just Like Ralph Northam

Governor of Rhode Island Gina Raimondo has outspokenly advocated for the passing of a radical abortion law that would allow minimal restrictions for abortion up to birth.
According to Life News, “Writing to state Rep. Robert Craven, chair of the state House Committee on the Judiciary, the so-called Catholic governor said she “strongly supports” state House Bill 5127.
“I believe that no one should get in the middle of a decision between a woman and her doctor and that no woman should have to choose between health care and making ends meet,” she wrote.

House Bill 5127 would allow previous common sense abortion laws to be removed from legislation. While it seems that the bill has some late-term abortion restrictions, it “adds a broad ‘health’ exception for abortions after viability,” reports Life News. This “health” definition comes from the Supreme Court case of Doe v. Bolton, which includes “age, economic, social and emotional factors.” This loose definition of “health” indicates that abortions could be performed up to 40-weeks for numerous “reasons” protected by the bill.

An advocate that abortion is healthcare, Gov. Raimondo pushes the extreme abortion bills. Raimondo was endorsed by Planned Parenthood during her campaign, so it stands to reason that she would back such an extreme abortion law. Less restriction on on abortion = more money for Planned Parenthood.
This bill is strikingly similar to one that disgraced Governor Ralph Northam in Virginia, read more:
Before his racist college yearbook photos emerged, Democratic Virginia Governor Ralph Northam rocketed into national news this week for his endorsement of post-birth murder as a form of abortion.
While national media continues to eviscerate Northam after discovering Big League Politics’ coverage of Northam’s racist college yearbook photo, which showed Northam in a photo with one student wearing blackface posing next to another wearing Ku Klux Klan robes, it is important to remember that Northam first made headlines this week for his radical endorsement of infanticide as a form of abortion.
Last Wednesday, Northam appeared on a Virginia radio station to give a shocking endorsement of a now-defeated Virginia bill that would have allowed mothers to “abort” their infant even as it was being delivered. According to Northam, in such a scenario a viable infant could be delivered, then “kept comfortable” while the new mother and her “provider” determine whether or not to murder the baby.

British Police Officer CRIMINALLY CHARGED for Sharing George Floyd Meme in WhatsApp Group
Free speech is dead.

A British police officer has been criminally charged over a George Floyd meme he allegedly shared with his colleagues in a WhatsApp group.
“Sergeant Geraint Jones, aged 47, is charged with sending the image on 30 May last year by means of a public electronic communications network, an offence contrary to section 127 of the Communications Act 2003,” a watchdog from the Independent Office for Police Conduct announced. “An altered image of George Floyd’s arrest in Minneapolis was shared within a WhatsApp group that included a number of other police officers and staff.”
“Our investigation began in June 2020 following a referral from the force,” the watchdog continued. “At its conclusion in October we sent our investigation report to the Crown Prosecution Service, which has authorized the charge.”
Sergeant Jones is scheduled to appear in court on January 28. He has been suspended from duty since June.
It’s no secret that free speech is all but dead in the United Kingdom. British elites stand out in particular for their fervent belief in neoliberal globalism and veneration of its secular saints. Their society encourages people to snitch and tattle on their fellow citizens to a higher degree than most any other Western nation.
George Floyd is also one of the neoliberal order’s foremost secular saints. Anything you say about him that isn’t equivalent to hero-worship will get you put on notice. Criticizing the intensity of his veneration and the Black Lives Matter movement itself are sufficient to get you labeled as a depraved racist and fired from your job—even in the United States.
Don’t think that hate speech laws aren’t possible in America either. If a majority of Americans and legal scholars in a decade or two come to believe that the First Amendment doesn’t protect “hate speech,” who’s to say that the laws won’t be changed to reflect that?
