RINO Senators Shill for Biden’s Trillion-Dollar ‘Infrastructure’ Plan Containing Green New Deal Provisions

Some of the most despicable RINOs in the U.S. Senate are shilling for the Biden regime’s disastrous trillion-dollar “infrastructure” plan that is a trillion-dollar giveaway for leftist special interests.
Last month, 18 senators, including Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY), Thom Tillis (R-NC), Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Chuck Grassley (R-IA), Lisa Murkowski (R-AK), Kevin Cramer (R-ND), and Mitt Romney (R-UT), betrayed their constituents by approving the bill before its language could even be produced. This has caused a lot of backlash from their constituents who have been sold out once more.
This has caused the RINO caucus in the Senate to double down on their contempt for conservatives and join Democrats in a public relations campaign on behalf of the bill.
One of the traitors, Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-LA), released a Twitter thread arguing for the massive spending increase on Saturday:
“This is something that brings this country together,” said traitorous Sen. Rob Portman (R-OH), a crucial negotiator in preparing the legislation, during Sunday’s session. “We need the investment, let’s be honest.”
“Look at the players,” said the notorious insider-trading maven, Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC). “These are not the fringes of both parties.”
Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is more than thrilled that a large caucus of Republican lawmakers are doing his party’s bidding.
“For the first time, the Senate has come together around such a package in decades,” Schumer said, gloating that the senate is “on the precipice” of passing the bill after “a very handsome, overwhelming vote” over the weekend. It is now a mere formality that the legislation passes the Senate and is sent to the House.
The bill includes $73 billion in clean energy investment ie. Solyndra on steroids. It also contains a $23 billion investment in so-called “environmental remediation,” which will inject critical race theory into federal environmental policy. It contains an additional $2.5 billion for zero-emission buses, another $2.5 billion for low-emission buses, and another $2.5 billion for ferries as mass transit fails nationwide. It also papers over the unprofitable and failing Amtrak to the tune of $66 billion.
Some Republicans are sounding the alarm against the bipartisan deal to further bankrupt America. Sens. Rick Scott (R-FL), Mike Lee (R-UT), Ron Johnson (R-WI), Ted Cruz (R-TX), Josh Hawley (R-MO), Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), and Mike Braun (R-IN) released a statement in opposition of the legislation.
“Congress can’t keep spending trillions of dollars we don’t have. The infrastructure package announced today continues the trend in Congress of insane deficit spending. Let’s not forget, this is just the first step in the Democrats’ plan to pass their $5.5 trillion tax and spend liberal wish list,” the lawmakers stated.
“Our nation is facing a nearly $30 TRILLION federal debt crisis. There are real infrastructure needs across the country. But, with growing inflation and many families struggling to financially recover from the events of the last year, it is not wise to throw fuel on the fire that is the raging inflation crisis and labor shortage we are seeing across America,” they continued.
“Needless to say, we will not support this legislation,” the lawmakers added.
Even dopey Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC), normally a favorite tool of the GOP establishment, came out against the measure.
President Trump has warned Republicans not to support the legislation, threatening consequences if they go along with the Democrats on this nightmare.
“Don’t do it Republicans—Patriots will never forget! If this deal happens, lots of primaries will be coming your way!” Trump said.
If these traitorous RINOs are not ejected from office as quickly as possible for this betrayal, there is little hope that the Republican Party can make America great again.
