RITTENHOUSE: Judge Schroeder To Poll Jurors Continuing Deliberation

The jury of the Kyle Rittenhouse trial started deliberation on Tuesday morning, with it remaining ongoing.

Fox News reported that Judge Bruce Schroeder will poll jurors at 5:00 p.m. Central Time to see if they want to keep deliberating into the evening. The outlet also reported the National Guard is currently on standby in Wisconsin awaiting the verdict.

Rumors of a potential rogue jury or soon-to-be-declared mistrial have surfaced. We have so far been unable to verify if these claims are true.

Rittenhouse is facing charges of first-degree reckless homicide, first-degree intentional homicide, attempted first-degree intentional homicide, and two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety. He also was looking at charges for unlawful possession of a weapon as a minor, but the judge recently dismissed it as the Kenosha teenager was in compliance with Wisconsin state law at the time of the shooting.
