Russian Diplomat Says United States’ Bioweapons Activity is a Threat to International Security

At a meeting of the OSCE Forum for Security Cooperation on May 24, 2023, Russian diplomat Konstantin Gavrilov declared that American bioweapons activity poses a major threat to international security. In light of this alarming development, Gavrilov called for an independent international investigation into this activity.
Per Gavrilov, China possesses information that points to the Pentagon having developed “a biological weapon aimed at certain races.” He continued by noting that this is verified by data provided by the Russian Defense Ministry. This data showed that “over 50 laboratories in Ukraine were used by the US to gather and study pathogens capable of infecting certain human genotypes.”
“All this confirms the need for an international independent probe into the US’ military and biological activities, which pose risks to international security,” the diplomat said during a meeting of the OSCE Forum for Security Cooperation.
Gavrilov called attention to how Russia wants an investigation to be conducted to determine if alleged cases of the development, deployment and use of biological and chemical weapons took place on the territories of neighboring countries. In addition, the Russian diplomat has called for steps to be taken to bolster the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention (BTWC).
In all honesty, these calls will likely fall on deaf ears. The US and its NATO satrapies don’t care. After all, they’re completely in control of foreign policy fanatics. If we want any semblance of foreign policy sanity to return on the world stage, a new political class is needed for that to take place.
This is no easy task and could take multiple decades for it to occur.
