Samantha Bee’s ‘Full Frontal’ CANCELLED In Latest String Of Cutbacks For Late Night TV

Samantha Bee’s late-night so-called “comedy” show is officially canceled.
After seven seasons, “Full Frontal” became part of the TBS network’s latest string of cutbacks for late-night television. With the organization citing its “new programming strategy” as the reason for Bee’s cancelation.
“As we continue to shape our new programming strategy, we’ve made some difficult, business-based decisions,” TBS said in a statement.
“We are proud to have been the home to ‘Full Frontal With Samantha Bee’ and thank Sam, and the rest of the Emmy-nominated team for their groundbreaking work. We celebrate this extraordinarily talented cast and crew and look forward to exploring new opportunities to work with them in the future,” the network added.
Bee was notorious for her hardcore leftist views and became a well-known name in late-night progressive media for her vile rants against Republicans and conservatives. She went viral on occasion and was featured in various SJW “cringe complications” for spouting off nonsense about former President Donald Trump and his administration.

Perhaps in her most notable rant, Bee called Trump’s daughter Ivanka Trump a “feckless c**t.” Which soon enough prompted a response from the White House.
“The language used by Samantha Bee last night is vile and vicious,” the White House said in its statement.
“The collective silence by the left and its media allies is appalling. Her disgusting comments and show are not fit for broadcast, and executives at Time Warner and TBS must demonstrate that such explicit profanity about female members of this administration will not be condoned on its network,” it continued.
With all that said and in the past, Bee thanked her audience on Twitter for supporting her throughout seven seasons: “We’re so thankful for our loyal audience, our amazing team, and that we got to annoy the right people every week — that there wasn’t wrestling or baseball or a very special episode of Big Bang.”
“To our loyal fans — we love you, you’re very special,” she added. “Go home, and go home in peace.”

The late-night space for liberal comedy has been taking a noticeable hit in recent years as consumers seek entertainment from alternative outlets that are less politically correct. Fox News host, Greg Gutfield, however, has evolved into a “late-night powerhouse” in recent months.
“Gutfield!” which is a show that airs weeknights during the 11 pm timeslot, was created to compete against nightly comedy like “The Daily Show” and “The Colbert Report.” Offering Americans an alternative for news paired with a more playful twist instead of regurgitated woke talking points from guys like Trevor Noah, Jimmy Kimmel, and Stephen Colbert.
As co-host of the “The Five’s” Jesse Watters put it: audiences are tired of being lectured.
“He’s not afraid to take on anyone, and that includes his own network,” Forbes wrote. “He regularly pokes fun at Fox News’ primetime stars Sean Hannity and Tucker Carlson.”
Perhaps Samantha Bee should have taken a lesson from the Fox News playbook. As this is playing out to be a textbook example of why going woke means going broke!
