Scoop: Gina Haspel Knows About Brennan and Comey’s Russia/Trump Setup

President Donald J. Trump’s appointee to head the CIA has faced fierce opposition from lawmakers who criticize her of being too harsh on terrorists while overseeing a black-ops site in Thailand in 2002.

But that appears to be a pretext for opposing Gina Haspel’s appointment. After all, Democrats had no problem confirming John Brennan to head the CIA in 2013. He held a much higher position than Haspel in the agency when they were using “enhanced interrogation” on suspected al-Qaeda terrorists.

The real reason that Democrats are attempting to block Haspel’s appointment is because she knows that Former FBI Director James Comey and Former CIA Director John Brennan worked together to set Trump up as a “Russian stooge.”

Haspel was the Chief of Station, Europe Division for the CIA from 2014-2017. That division is located in London, which was the hub of activity for counterintelligence operations used against Trump.

As Station Chief, Haspel would have had to sign off on any active operations in her division.

Big League Politics reported yesterday:

More and more details are pouring out about the underhanded conspiracy to damage and impeach President Donald Trump by Obama operatives John Brennan, James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Sally Yates and a few others. The effort even has a special code name: Operation Crossfire Hurricane.

Both John Brennan and James Comey used Peter Strzok to damage President Donald Trump. Strzok is the disgraced FBI agent and fired Robert Mueller team member whose text messages with mistress Lisa Page form the biggest scandal in FBI history. The lovers conspired to illegally bring down Trump, all while the FBI was spying on the Trump campaign.

“The FBI sent counterintelligence agents, one of whom was Peter Strzok, to London in the summer of 2016 to meet with Australian ambassador, Alexander Downer, to describe his meeting with Trump campaign advisor, George Papadopoulos.

The meeting with Downer was described as “highly unusual,” and “helped provide the foundation for a case that, a year ago Thursday, became the special counsel investigation.”

The FBI kept details of the operation secret from most of the DOJ – with “only about five Justice Department officials” aware of the full scope of the case.”

So Strzok met with Downer in London in 2016. Stefan Halper, a Cambridge professor connected to the CIA and its British counterpart, MI6, met with George Papadopoulos in London, and Carter Page in Cambridge during 2016.

In April of 2016, Josef Misfud, a London-based professor with “connections to the Russian government” told Papadopoulos that the Russians had “thousands” of Clinton-related emails in their possession. This conversation was part of what sparked the Russian “collusion” investigation.

All of this took place on Gina Haspel’s watch.

It appears that President Trump knows this, and is stacking the deck against bad actors formerly employed by the deep state intelligence community. He has been pushing hard for Haspel’s confirmation:

“Gina Haspel is one step closer to leading our brave men and women at the CIA,” he tweeted Wednesday. “She is exceptionally qualified and the Senate should confirm her immediately. We need her to keep our great country safe!”

It now appears inevitable that Haspel will be confirmed.

What are the chances that she rolls on Brennan, Comey, and others involved in the Russian witch hunt once she takes the helm at the CIA?
