SELLOUTS: GOP Establishment Defends Democrat Cheating, Attacks Texas Election Lawsuit
The Republican Party establishment is coming out against the landmark lawsuit filed by the state of Texas against battleground states that have jeopardized the national vote by flagrantly violating constitutional rules.
“I frankly struggle to understand the legal theory of it,” notorious RINO Sen. John Cornyn of Texas said about the suit.
“You know, it’s very unusual because when a state sues a state, the Supreme Court of the United States has original jurisdiction, so you don’t have to go through the ordinary procedure. I read just the summary of it, and I frankly struggle to understand the legal theory of it,” he continued.
“Number one, why would a state, even such a great state as Texas, have a say so on how other states administer their elections,” Cornyn added. “We have a diffused and dispersed system and even though we might not like it, they may think it’s unfair those are decided at the state and local level and not at the national level. So it’s an interesting theory, but I’m not convinced.”
Big time loser Jeb Bush, who was rejected and humiliated by GOP voters in 2016 when they picked Trump over him in the presidential primary, also weighed in with his irrelevant opinion.
thank you Senator Cornyn. there is no legal theory and the conservative majority Supreme Court will reject it out of hand. https://t.co/3UTDsrlWyC

Big League Politics reported about the landmark Texas lawsuit earlier this week when it was officially announced:
The State of Texas has filed a lawsuit with the US Supreme Court, alleging that the election procedures in Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania were unconstitutional.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed the suit late Monday night. It argues that these four states in particular ignored federal and state election laws by changing voting rules and procedures at the last minute. It also argues that these changes affected the outcome of the results.
“Trust in the integrity of our election processes is sacrosanct and binds our citizenry and the States in this Union together. Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin destroyed that trust and compromised the security and integrity of the 2020 election,” Paxton said. “The states violated statutes enacted by their duly elected legislatures, thereby violating the Constitution. By ignoring both state and federal law, these states have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens’ vote, but of Texas and every other state that held lawful elections. Their failure to abide by the rule of law casts a dark shadow of doubt over the outcome of the entire election. We now ask that the Supreme Court step in to correct this egregious error.”
On Tuesday afternoon the Supreme Court agreed to hear the case, adding it to their docket.
The office of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced on Wednesday that 17 additional states have filed an amicus brief in support of the lawsuit:
I commend the 17 states that filed an amicus brief in support of Texas’s lawsuit. Battleground states compromised the integrity of the 2020 election and we must fight for safe, free and fair elections.

The Republican Party establishment is as complicit with the vote fraud as the Democrat riggers who forged the phony ballots on election day. This is why they are enraged by the Texas lawsuit, which may be the best chance to overturn the steal.
