Sen. Mitch McConnell Pledges to Keep Giving Billions to Ukraine Regardless of Midterm Election Results

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) has pledged to keep giving billions in welfare to Ukraine regardless of whether or not the Red Wave occurs in this year’s midterm elections.

“The Biden Administration and our allies need to do more to supply the tools Ukraine needs to thwart Russian aggression,” McConnell said. “It is obvious this must include additional air defenses, long-range fires, and humanitarian and economic support to help this war-torn country endure the coming winter.”

McConnell is trying to depress the America First base and preserve the Uniparty by making these shameful comments. It contradicts recent remarks made by House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) about what would happen if Republicans won back Congress this year.

“I think people are gonna be sitting in a recession and they’re not going to write a blank check to Ukraine,” McCarthy said last week.

“They just won’t do it,” he added. “It’s not a free blank check.”

Big League Politics has reported on how the Washington D.C. Uniparty is readying to give another $60 billion in military aid to Ukraine as World War 3 edges closer to reality:

U.S. Congress is negotiating to give an additional $50 billion to Ukraine, amid talk that Republicans may discontinue the welfare payments if they take back control of the House.

An unnamed Republican Senator told NBC News that this aid package would ensure “Ukraine survives the year,” and sources within the Ukrainian government have confirmed that the talks are for real.
