Shaun King Remorseless After Falsely Blaming White Man for Jazmine Barnes Murder

The story of the tragic death of 7-year-old Jazmine Barnes circulated the internet with more fervor than most homicide stories after Black Lives Matter activist Shaun King blamed a white man for what was described as a “racially motivated” crime.

“URGENT. ALL HANDS ON DECK. A 40 y/o white man w/ a beard in a red pickup truck pulled up on 7 y/o Jazmine Barnes and her family near a Houston and shot and killed her and injured others. I am joining the search for her killer and have a $25,000 reward. Need him NOW,” he Tweeted on Jan. 1 to his 1.1 million followers.

The Tweet garnered more than 31,ooo retweets.

“The man who shot and killed 7 year old Jazmine Barnes in Houston was driving this maroon pickup truck and shot Jazmine and her family through the window of the truck. They believe he was white, at least 40 years old, and had a beard. First, let’s find this truck. Make/model?” he Tweeted shortly thereafter in what amounted to a doxing attempt of an innocent man.

He then offered a bounty to find the innocent man.

“Listen. I have $35,000 in cash for the person who turns in the murderer of 7 year old Jazmine Barnes. You can contact me confidentially. And I can give you the money without anyone knowing it was you. Contact me at [email protected] or the Harris County Sheriff’s Office,” he said.

Sunday morning, police brought Eric Black Jr., a 20-year-old black man, into custody for Barnes’ killing.

King remained remorseless about unleashing an angry social justice mob to exact vigilante justice against an innocent white man, which could have easily led to bodily harm for a person who turned out to be an innocent bystander.

He offered an explanation on his Instagram account – a diatribe that amounts him admitting that he was wrong, which we already knew – but he did not offer an apology.

CNN praised him for his “help” in finding the killer in an article billing King as a hero.

“Two days after Jazmine’s death, King turned to his legion of Twitter followers to enlist their help in finding her killer and offered a reward of $25,000 for information,” the piece said.

The known fake news network made no mention that King directed his followers to find an innocent white man, or that King only involved himself in this particular homicide because white on black crime bolsters his business of anti-white hatred.

Despite the fact that King’s mother his white, and his birth certificate says that his biological father is also white, King claims that he at least partially black. – that his real father is not listed on his birth certificate. His net worth is estimated at $2 million, which he has made as a “civil rights activist” and race-baiting huckster under his dubious claim of black heritage.

King did not respond to a comment request.
