SHOCKING: President Trump Embraces Mass Immigration in Fox News Interview with Laura Ingraham

In a shocking interview with Laura Ingraham on the Fox News Channel on Friday, President Donald Trump defended mass immigration to satisfy the labor demands of multinational corporations that want to employ third-world foreigners on U.S. shores.

During the interview, Ingraham gave Trump an immense amount of credit for his accomplishments on foreign policy, deregulation, remaking the judiciary, and creating jobs. However, she questioned the President’s immigration policy and how it pertains to wage growth for American workers.

“We don’t have a tight labor market. If we had a tight labor market, we would be seeing real increases in wages. I hear that your team is planning on advocating more foreign workers coming in for some of these high-tech companies. I’m very concerned about that, as are a lot of your supporters,” Ingraham said.

Trump noted that he has heard the concerns of Ingraham and other Fox News hosts such as Mark Levin and Lou Dobbs, but then pushed for mass immigration in his response to her concerns.

“We have to allow smart people to stay in our country. You graduate number one in your class in Harvard,” Trump said.

“Yeah, that’s a small percentage of what they want,” Ingraham interjected.

Trump continued to spread the Chamber of Commerce line regarding the suppose need of mass immigration to service the economy.

“We do need workers in our country… We need people. I got Foxconn to go into Wisconsin. They have to get people. They have spent a fortune. They built the most incredible plant I have ever seen,” he said.

“But why shouldn’t we have American graduates of colleges and universities taking those jobs?” Ingraham asked.

“We do, but we don’t have enough of them. We don’t have enough of them, and we have to be competitive with the rest of the world too. The companies want to hire these people, and they can’t,” Trump said.

“They want to hire people they can hire for the cheapest amount because that’s what they want,” Ingraham contended.

“I’m not talking about cheap. I’m talking about brain power,” Trump said to a stunned Ingraham. “They want to hire smart people, and those people are thrown out of the country. We can’t do that.”

“Well, you ran on America First,” Ingraham responded in an exasperated tone.

Trump finished with a contention that bringing foreigners to the U.S. to take jobs at the behest of multinational corporations is necessary to put America first.

“Laura, I have so many companies coming into this country. You’re not going to have a worry about it. It’s always going to be a shortage… We have so many companies wanting to come in, and they don’t have the labor,” he said.

The contentious exchange can be viewed here:

Trump demonstrated in the interview with Ingraham that his daughter Ivanka was correct when she made the contention that her father shares her immigration policy, which includes essentially stapling green cards to diplomas for foreigners.

Ivanka explained the pro-mass immigration policy that she and her father share while addressing the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas last week.

“The president said that he thinks that it’s absolutely insane that we educate immigrants from across the world and as they’re about to start their business, open their business, become employers, we throw them out of our country,” she said. “It doesn’t make sense. Our immigration system is totally flawed.”

Immigration hawk Michelle Malkin called out the open borders nonsense being peddled by the President’s daughter in a post on her Telegram account.

“These morons think that foreign students who *stipulate that they will go back home after graduation* should be given an immediate path to citizenship because they are ‘starting businesses’ and there aren’t enough American workers to fill IT jobs. Steaming b.s. on both counts,” wrote Malkin, who released Open Borders Inc last year to expose the powerful corporate interests behind the mass immigration agenda.

Trump has changed his stance regarding importing foreign workers to America after his globalist son-in-law Jared Kushner, who works as a senior White House advisor due to brazen nepotism, took control of the administration’s immigration policy.

Kushner hobnobbed with pro-immigration front groups last year such as the Koch-affiliated Libre Initiative and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce to signal support of amnesty and other capitulations from the White House:

Top White House adviser Jared Kushner told members of Latino advocacy organizations on Thursday that President Donald Trump was willing to give 1.8 million Dreamers permanent protections from deportation and to reopen the government in exchange for $25 billion in border security, including some wall funding, LULAC President Domingo Garcia said.

Officials from the League of United Latin American Citizens, Libre Initiative and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce met with President Donald Trump’s son-in-law — and briefly, Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen — on Thursday to discuss ways to find a compromise in order to reopen the government…

Garcia said Kushner spent an hour with the group and was very engaged. Kushner cited Trump’s State of the Union address in 2017 where he indicated his support for a pathway to citizenship for Dreamers…

Garcia said Kushner made it clear that this was their opening bid and they were asking for the Democrats to come back with a counter, but they had not heard anything.

The American worker no longer comes first for the Trump administration, now that the globalists have dug their claws into the White House.
