The Deputy United States Attorney General could be on his way out the door.

Big League Politics has confirmed that it is now the explicit “goal” of the Freedom Caucus to impeach Rod Rosenstein, according to a source inside the beltway, close to the Caucus and familiar with its plan.

There is no word on when the impeachment proceedings will begin, but Politico reported that House Freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows had the impeachment documents on the floor of the House yesterday.

The information obtained by Big League Politics indicates that the Caucus now intends to file the impeachment paperwork, which has long been speculated about.
