South Carolina Lawmakers Propose Ban on Drugging and Mutilating ‘Transgender’ Kids

This bill is considered controversial in clown world.

South Carolina legislators have proposed a bill that would ban “transgender” children from being drugged or operated upon for the purposes of their gender transition.

The legislation would prohibit drugs treating the “symptoms of clinically significant distress resulting from gender dysphoria.” It would criminalize all efforts to transition minors under the age of 18 toward a different gender.

The legislation’s primary sponsor is State Rep. Stewart Jones (R-Laurens). He told Post and Courier that he drafted the legislation after being alerted to the tragic case of 7-year-old James Younger of Texas.

“It’s almost been weaponized, and this is to protect children,” Jones said.

“For a child, it’s a whole different matter,” Jones added. “Somebody under 18, they can’t buy cigarettes and alcohol, and so they shouldn’t be able to have a sex change.”

Chase Glenn, who works as the executive director of LGBTQ-rights advocacy group Alliance for Full Acceptance in Charleston, is firmly against this legislation to protect children from these predatory practices.

“This is obviously a very troubling bill. This is an incredibly vulnerable population that we’re talking about, with an already high suicide rate,” he said. “This could have disastrous implications.”

The “disastrous implications” are more likely to come from children who are coerced into adopting this destructive lifestyle. A movement has developed in recent months of former transgender people wishing to de-transition from their non-birth gender.

Big League Politics reported on this phenomenon in October:

The movement is starting in Britain, where a charity called The Detransition Advocacy Network is being set up to help people return to their birth sex. They intend to provide support to detransitioners against pressure from the rabid LGBT community that is actively recruiting to their dangerous lifestyle.

The creator of the group, 28-year-old Charlie Evans, has detransitioned publicly and notes that young and mentally ill people are being recruited by the LGBT agenda. These vulnerable groups are being coerced by LGBT activists into taking drugs such as puberty blockers and putting their genitals under the knife.

“I’m in communication with 19 and 20-year-olds who have had full gender reassignment surgery who wish they hadn’t, and their dysphoria hasn’t been relieved, they don’t feel better for it,” Evans told Sky News. “They don’t know what their options are now.”

“I think some of the common characteristics are that they tend to be around their mid-20s, they’re mostly female and mostly same-sex attracted, and often autistic as well,” said Evans, who called herself a man for almost a decade before returning to her birth gender.

After going public with her story, Evans has been deluged with hundreds of individuals who feel the same way she does. It has emboldened her to start the group, and encourage others to fight through the hatred and harassment from the intolerant LGBT community.

Another individual who has detransitioned, who has only given the name “Ruby” due to fear of reprisal from LGBT activists, told Sky News that she began identifying as a male at the age of 13 and began to take drugs to induce her gender transition shortly afterward.

Ruby was planning to have her breasts removed this summer before she started having doubts about her transition.

“I didn’t think any change was going to be enough in the end and I thought it was better to work on changing how I felt about myself, than changing my body,” said Ruby, who is now 21-years-old.

“I’ve seen similarities in the way I experience gender dysphoria, in the way I experience other body image issues,” she added.

Ruby believes that the public health system in Britain has failed her, and urged her to undergo a transition that may have drastically worsened her mental health problems.

“When I was at my gender clinic to get referred for hormones, we had a session where I went over my mental health issues and I told them about my eating disorder and they didn’t suggest that that could maybe connected with my gender dysphoria,” Ruby said.

The LGBT agenda wants to force government institutions to be complicit in recruiting children into this depraved lifestyle. Jones aims to prevent kids “from being pressured or bullied in any kind of circumstance to have their gender reassigned” with his legislative efforts.

Billionaire Mike Bloomberg Pays $16 Million in Fines of Black and Hispanic Felons to Enable Them to Vote

Bribery?

Billionaire and former New York City Mayor has raised $16 million dollars to pay off outstanding fines of Black and Hispanic felons in Florida, according to reporting from Axios on Tuesday. Florida restricts the voting rights of convicted criminals until they’ve paid off fines levied for their crimes by the criminal justice system.

It appears that Bloomberg’s fine repayment initative was only available to Black and Hispanic felons. Axios reported that to qualify for Bloomberg’s money, applicants had to have outstanding fines of less than $1,500, be already registered to vote, and to be Black or Latino.

White felons need not apply.

The program has reportedly already cleared the fines of 32,000 felons in the state, enabling them to vote in the election. It erases the punitive aspect of the court system’s fines, which were levied in the first place in order to require convicted criminals to personally make amends for their actions.

Bloomberg’s felon bailout giveaway is legally questionable, and Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz has requested that Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody investigate what he’s doing. If he’s paying felons to vote for any one specific candidate, Bloomberg is in violation of campaign finance rules and could be liable to serve jail time .

The right to vote is fundamental to our democracy and no American should be denied that right,” said a Bloomberg spokesperson when asked about the fine repayment initiative. But it doesn’t seem as if the failed Democratic primary candidate is willing to buy back the voting rights of individuals who might be less inclined to vote for Joe Biden in November.

Bloomberg already tried and failed to buy the nomination in the Democratic primary, and now he’s trying to buy the crucial swing state of Florida for Joe Biden. Corrupt oligarchs should not be allowed to abuse the political system with impunity.
