Stephen Miller Launches ‘America First Legal’ to Fight Left in Courts, Trump Applauds

The ‘fearless’ former immigration advisor to President Donald Trump is joining with the likes of former White House chief of staff and congressman Mark Meadows, and former Trump AG Matthew Whitaker, to defend American values against the Left’s relentless and worsening assault.
Stephen Miller was a force to be reckoned with in the Trump White House, aggressively and convincingly driving immigration policies that improved border security and prioritized sovereignty and rule of law.
Now Miller will be the tip of the spear again, this time in the courts, in energized defense of America First principles and policies against the long litigious Left – America First Legal (AFL).
“For too long, conservative and traditionalist Americans have been outflanked, outspent, out-organized, and outmaneuvered by radical progressive legal organizations. It has been a years-long, one-sided legal assault. The consequences for American values, American society, and the American Constitution have been tragic and profound,” said Miller in a statement announcing the new group.
For what seems like an eternity, the Left has exploited ‘Sue til Blue’ methods to leveraged activist judges and collusive settlements to force policies they cannot enact legislatively. Look no further than the tidal wave of Pandemic Panic election lawsuits prior to the 2020 elections, and their ultimate results for an example.
Democrats have also employed the courts to frustrate the Trump administration at every turn, suing and receiving injunctions to block some of the most important policy reforms of the MAGA movement.
Miller, 35, will not be alone in driving America First Legal. Former North Carolina Congressman and Trump chief of staff Mark Meadows is on the AFL board, as well as former Trump AG Matt Whitaker.
Of course, the effort is also championed by Trump himself, too.
“Stephen Miller is a fearless, principled fighter for the America First movement. He has backbone, integrity, and never gives up. As we know, the Radical Left has been relentless in waging their battles in court. Conservatives and America First supporters badly need to catch up and turn the tables, which is why I applaud Stephen and Mark Meadows for rushing to fill this critical void. The era of unilateral legal surrender must end—and I hope all America First patriots will get behind America First Legal,” said Trump in a statement.
You can bet they will. The scale and scope of the Left’s aggressive agenda, and their dizzying success in forcing it through, demands an offense that has the MAGA energy to match it.
