Take A Look at Beto O’Rourke Playing Punk Rock in a Sheep Costume

Long before his career as a failed Texas Senatorial candidate and gun-grabbing Democrat, Beto O’Rourke first sought fame performing punk rock covers with his garage-style band, outfitted entirely in onesie sheep costumes.

Punk rock’s fan base tends to trend heavily to the left, politically speaking. Conservatives tend to eschew the genre almost entirely, occasionally preferring classic rock and heavy metal.

Beto’s band appears to be playing a cover of a famous Ramones song called ‘Blitzkrieg Bop,’ raising questions as to whether or not his cover band wrote new music or simply copied hits from more famous artists. Apparently his band, appropriately titled ‘The Sheeps,’ used the sheep costumes as an alibi to claim that they were actually a world-famous band from New Zealand.

Personally, I wouldn’t be inclined to mock an everyday citizen for performing music in an unconventional costume, if their artistic vision called for it. But all bets are off with someone like Beto who would unapologetically steal guns from lawful American citizens, and there’s no problem with subjecting him to endless mockery for his cringeworthy musical endeavor.

After threatening an Orwellian mandatory ‘buyback’ program that would require owners of AR-15 and AK-47 rifles to sell their guns back to the government, many American gun stores have announced wildly popular rifle sales in the former Texas Congressman’s name. It appears the sheep will have to confiscate every rifle back sold from his name if elected President.
