Tennessee Approves Laws Protecting Individual Freedom From COVID-19 Mandates, Vaccine Passports

The state of Tennessee has approved new laws protecting individual freedom from COVID-19 mandates and vaccine passports, in a strong rebuke against the medical tyranny pushed by public health “experts.”

Gov. Bill Lee signed the bill into law on Friday, which prevents government entities from forcing businesses to abide by COVID-19 mandates. It also stops private businesses from imposing their own mandates on workers or individuals who are frequenting the business.

The legislation allows large music venues to operate if individuals can provide proof of vaccination, which can allegedly be easily forged, instead of requiring negative COVID-19 tests. The bill also prevents government entities from implementing face mask mandates. Most schools would be prevented from implementing a mask mandate under the bill as well.

“The greatest concern we have, and the reason this came about, is the federal mandate for requiring businesses to vaccinate their employees,” Lee said on Wednesday. “That created the General Assembly’s response.”

Tennessee is following in the footsteps of Florida, a state that has led the way against crazed COVID-19 policy under the stewardship of Gov. Ron DeSantis, as Big League Politics has reported:

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis had some choice words for National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases head Dr. Anthony Fauci during a recent appearance on “Tucker Carlson Today.”

DeSantis appeared on the Fox Nation show on Monday where he talked about his state’s leadership in rejecting federal hysteria pushed by Big Pharma-backed soothsayers such as Dr. Fauci. He said he never lost his ability to use common sense even with massive pressure to conform to unconstitutional and anti-American lockdown mandates.

“If I had more data, I would have had the ability to say, ‘Wait a minute. Why would we need to close a gym for two weeks?” DeSantis asked. “These are younger people going to work out. If you’re healthy, you’re going to end up dealing with the virus better.”

“And so I think that it took me a few weeks, March and into April, to get enough data to say, ‘Okay, we’re not doing Faucism, we’re going to make sure our state’s open,” he continued.

“We’re going to get the kids back in school and we’ll just focus our protection on elderly people, who are the ones at risk…Some of the restrictions we did, I think, were ineffective,” DeSantis added.

As the scamdemic progressed, DeSantis became hip to it being an overhyped scam. This has helped Florida’s economy recover faster than other states, and the case totals have been kept relatively low without mask mandates. He noted that Florida became an appealing travel destination throughout the pandemic for residents of outside states who have had their civil liberties unduly curtailed.

“Some of these states like Minnesota, California – I think the fact that they were locked down and had the opportunity [in Florida] to go out and do stuff…added fuel to the fire,” he said.”

There is no reason for red states not to pass laws such as these in order to protect their residents from a crazed federal government unmoored from sanity that is at war with the rights of the people.
