Tennis Star Novak Djokovic Says He Will Opt Out of Grand Slams Pushing Mandatory COVID-19 Jab
Tennis superstar Novak Djokovic says that he will opt out of all future grand slam tournaments that are pushing COVID-19 vaccine mandates.
Djokovic was deported from Australia by the Orwellian regime that is out to punish anyone who does not submit to the jab. He explained in a recent interview that the push back has done nothing to dissuade him from following his conscience.
“That is the price that I’m willing to pay,” Djokovic said during an interview with the BBC, noting that he is not an anti-vaxxer but simply believes in the freedom of choice.
“I have never said that I am part of that [anti-vax] movement,” he said, adding that “the principles of decision-making on my body are more important than any title or anything else,”
“I’m trying to be in tune with my body as much as I possibly can,” Djokovic continued. “Based on all the information that I got, I decided not to take the vaccine, as of today.”
Big League Politics has reported on how Djokovic was banned from the Australian Open because of his courage to say no to psychotic vaccine mandates:
“The top-ranked tennis player in the world is set to be barred from competing in the 2022 Australian Open, with authorities of the draconian Australian government indicating they’re totally unwilling to allow unvaccinated athletes to enter the country.
Mr. Djokovic has declined to reveal his vaccination status, rather than openly state he’s choosing not to get the vaccine. He’s won the Australian Open nine times already, a record for any player in the annual tournament.
Djokovic is considered one of the greatest tennis players of all time, and restricting him from playing in a grand slam tournament would entail a sports ban of one of the world’s most prominent and successful athletes from competition.
“I will not reveal my status, whether I have been vaccinated or not. It is a private matter and an inappropriate inquiry,” Djokovic told of Serbian daily Blic earlier this year when vaccine controversies began in the tennis world. “People go too far these days in taking the liberty to ask questions and judge a person.”
Tennis insiders have estimated that approximately 65% of male players and 60% of female players are vaccinated, indicating that almost half of both player pools will be restricted from competing in the Australian Open.
Djovokic is showing courage that is needed to stop Orwellian tyranny from becoming a permanent phenomenon. Other sports stars need to follow in his footsteps.
