TikTok BANS Babylon Bee — No Appeals Allowed!

Website editor-in-chief Kyle Mann claimed the site was “perma banned,” and that the Chinese-owned social media company “did not say why” The Bee was banned.

CEO Seth Dillon publicly noted the ban in a post that drew attention to the treatment of both The Babylon Bee and popular social media account Libs of TikTok by various big tech companies.

Such an event does not mark the first time that the political satire outlet has been banned by large social media platforms. The Bee faced a suspension last March for a post they made poking fun at male assistant health secretary Rachel Levine, who delusionally claims he is a woman. Fox News’ Tucker Carlson covered the ban at the time.

“It’s almost beyond parody,” Carlson said of Levine’s appointment by Joe Biden to the position of an admiral. The Fox News host also praised Dillon and his company for refusing to acquiesce to Twitter’s demands that they remove content that the platform deemed to be ‘hateful’ and ‘offensive.’
