Trans Activist Jessica Yaniv Complains about ‘Discrimination’ After Being Denied OB-GYN Services

Canadian transgender activist Jessica Yaniv, who became infamous after demanding that home estheticians wax his balls, is now targeting gynecologists for alleged discriminatory practices.
Yaniv made a Twitter post on Monday complaining about a gynecologist refusing to give his treatment when she showed up to a clinic, despite the fact that he has male genitalia while claiming against all rationality and common sense that he is a woman.

Yaniv is apparently getting ready to file another discrimination complaint, despite the fact that he was soundly rebuked after targeting the home estheticians earlier this year.
The ruling against Yaniv by the Human Rights Tribunal of British Columbia stated that “human rights legislation does not require a service provider to wax a type of genitals they are not trained for and have not consented to wax.”
Furthermore, the tribunal also determined that Yaniv “engaged in improper conduct,” “filed complaints for improper purposes,” and gave testimony that was “disingenuous and self-serving.”
“Self-identification does not erase physiological reality,” said Jay Cameron, the Justice Centre’s Litigation Manager, who represented the home estheticians against Yaniv as legal counsel. “Our clients do not offer the service requested. No woman should be compelled to touch male genitals against her will, irrespective of how the owner of the genitals identifies.”
Yaniv was ordered to pay $2,000 a piece to three female home estheticians who were targeted by the superfluous and unnecessary complaint.
While Yaniv’s antics may seem laughable, she may actually be a dangerous sexual predator targeting children – as many in the LGBT community have shown themselves to be in recent years.
Yaniv has had his home raided in recent months and tried to schedule an illicit event featuring a topless swimming session with underage “LGBTQ2S+” kids:
Yaniv filled out a form for the Township of Langley (TOL) in which she requested “permission for LGBTQ2S+ organizations to be allowed to host an ‘all-bodies swim’ at TOL civic pools.” The event, proposed for today in the filing, would be limited “for people aged 12+ where these events will be restricted to LGBTQ2S and individuals will be permitted to be topless.”
Additionally, Yaniv notes that children would be left alone at the mercy of potential predators at the event. Yaniv says that “parents and caretakers will be prohibited from attending these events as it’s considered safe and inclusive.”
It has also been alleged that Yaniv asks bizarre and perverted questions regarding 10-year-old children and tampons on web forums while targeting children on social media with lewd messages:

The LGBT agenda is unleashing unfathomable evil on a global scale, and is enabling creeps like Yaniv to exert undeserved authority on innocent and unsuspecting people.
