Transgender Librarian Wins Lawsuit Affirming ‘Civil Right’ to Receive Taxpayer-Funded Genital Mutilation

A transgender female librarian from Juneau, Ala. has won their lawsuit to give them genital mutilation surgery paid for by the U.S. taxpayer.

Transgender librarian Jennifer Fletcher argued that it was against “her” rights that “she” had to pay out-of-pocket for surgical treatment to make “her” genitals match “her” delusions. Fletcher’s lawyers argued that this was a violation of Title VII, and it was their client’s “civil right” to have the taxpayer pick up the tab to fund the mangling of “her” genitalia.

U.S. District Court Judge H. Russel Holland accepted the argument put forth by Fletcher’s attorneys that any so-called discrimination against gender identity, transgender status, gender nonconformity and gender transition constitutes a civil rights violation.

Fletcher wrote that she hopes that Holland’s ruling will keep other people “like me from having to face these same struggles, from being harmed by being singled out for discriminatory treatment. I hope it will make their lives easier.”

In more frequent cases, taxpayer funds are being expended to enable the delusions of mentally-ill transgenders who wish to be scarred for life and live with a mangled genitalia.

Lawmakers such as Rep. Justin Amash (I-MI) even support taxpayer-funded genital mutilation for military personnel who identify as transgender:

In 2017, Amash joined 190 Democrats and a handful of liberal anti-Trump Republicans to reject a proposal by Rep. Vicky Hartzler (R-MO) to deny federal funds for the elective surgery of military personnel claiming they are transgender.

“We must confront these challenges by ensuring our defense dollars maximize the military’s readiness and lethality,” Hartlzer said. “That is why I’m offering an amendment to advance these goals by prohibiting taxpayer dollars from funding gender reassignment surgeries and related hormone therapy treatment for members of the military and their dependents.”

The measure could have saved up to $3.7 billion over the next decade by refusing to indulge these potentially mentally ill individuals with genital mutilation surgery and other health care services pertaining to their condition. The supposed fiscal conservative voted in effect to expend federal funds on this social project.

After feeling the heat from his constituents regarding this vote, Amash first passed the buck, blaming former Defense Secretary James Mattis to his support of military transgenderism.

“Sec. [James] Mattis and the White House urged us not to adopt Hartzler Amendment [and] all the administration wants is three months to review everything,” he said.

The administration never confirmed Amash’s statement. It does not seem plausible that Amash, who has emerged as the top opponent to Trump in the Republican Party, would take orders from his White House.

Meanwhile, there a growing movement of individuals who have transitioned, some of whom have even had their genitals disfigured for life, that are now detransitioning after realizing the horrible mistake they had made:

A movement is building of hundreds of transgender individuals who desperately want to return to their birth sex after realizing they made a grave mistake with their transition, Sky News has reported.

The movement is starting in Britain, where a charity called The Detransition Advocacy Network is being set up to help people return to their birth sex. They intend to provide support to detransitioners against pressure from the rabid LGBT community that is actively recruiting to their dangerous lifestyle.

The creator of the group, 28-year-old Charlie Evans, has detransitioned publicly and notes that young and mentally ill people are being recruited by the LGBT agenda. These vulnerable groups are being coerced by LGBT activists into taking drugs such as puberty blockers and putting their genitals under the knife.

“I’m in communication with 19 and 20-year-olds who have had full gender reassignment surgery who wish they hadn’t, and their dysphoria hasn’t been relieved, they don’t feel better for it,” Evans told Sky News. “They don’t know what their options are now.”

“I think some of the common characteristics are that they tend to be around their mid-20s, they’re mostly female and mostly same-sex attracted, and often autistic as well,” said Evans, who called herself a man for almost a decade before returning to her birth gender.

After going public with her story, Evans has been deluged with hundreds of individuals who feel the same way she does. It has emboldened her to start the group, and encourage others to fight through the hatred and harassment from the intolerant LGBT community.

It is obscene that the taxpayer is funding these Mengelean abominations that will ultimately go down among the most abusive practices in medical history.
