TSA is Letting in Migrants Into the Country Without ID

According to a report by Randy Clark of Breitbart News, several migrants at the Tucson International Airport who are now free to travel across the American interior can now do so via a “special” security screening line the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) set up specifically for migrants. They will be able to move through this line without needing to provide ID.
Breitbart Texas reported that several regular travelers were politely instructed to exit the special “migrant security line” owing to how they were not non-citizens. The migrants traveling on December 8, 2023 carried manila envelopes with a Notice to Appear and documents demonstrating that the migrants were released from federal custody on their own will.
None of the computer-generated documents had photographs of the migrants or appeared on the list of forms of identification the TSA generally accepts.
Non-government migrant shelter volunteers brought migrants to the airport. They would later escort the small groups of the migrants via the terminal before the takeoff time.
Per current TSA regulations, adult travelers 18 and older must provide valid identification at the airport checkpoint to travel. The acceptable identification that the TSA lists off includes state driver’s licenses, US passports, DHS trusted traveler cards, US Department of Defense ID, Legal Permanent Resident cards, and foreign passports.
At the bottom of the list there is one caveat that reads as follows, “In coordination with its DHS counterparts, TSA has identified acceptable alternate identification for use in special circumstances at the checkpoint.” This likely makes a reference to the procedures that let migrants let loose by the Border Patrol to board aircraft without providing such identification.
The Biden regime knows that it can’t pass mass amnesty via conventional legislative means. So it’s turning to every procedural trick at its disposal to see through its open borders agenda. The total collapse in enforcement of current immigration laws both at the border and the interior is Exhibit A of trend.
This, among other policy failures, demonstrates why Biden should be relieved of the burden of holding higher office.
