Twitter Bans Popular Conservative Account On Christmas Eve For Criticism of Pedophilia

Published

In yet another act of anti-Conservative bias by Twitter, Breck Worsham, a popular Conservative woman with nearly 83,000 Twitter followers has been permanently suspended by Twitter.

Worsham’s account was banned on Christmas Eve after she posted tweets critical of pedophiles and Twitter’s decision to allow for pro-pedophile accounts to still remain active while deeming Conservative accounts to be “violations of terms of service”.

On Christmas Eve, Worsham received the following email from Twitter informing her that her anti-pedophile tweet “violates rules against hateful conduct”.

The tweet which Worsham posted said:

“Kill ’em all…Let God sort ’em out…”

Worsham said her tweet was in direct reference to violent pedophiles.

While Twitter claims it is a violation of their terms of service to call for people who rape children to be killed, it is worth noting that Twitter doesn’t consider assassination threats against President Donald Trump or genocidal calls to murder the Jews and white people as violations of their terms of service.

Worsham released a statement on her Instagram about her ban:
“I was notified this morning, December 24, 2018, that Twitter had suspended my account on the grounds of “hate speech” because I spoke out against pro-pedophile accounts on the platform and called for the death penalty to pedophiles.
Bans are nothing new to me, as I have been here many times before. What is troubling, however, is the ongoing war on Conservatives and those who seek to shine light upon the truth.
I’m not the first account to be banned for telling the truth, and I certainly will not be the last. Laura Loomer was famously banned from most social media platforms just this past Thanksgiving for doing no more than that.”

Like me, Worsham was also banned from Twitter during a holiday, which poses the question: Is big tech banning large and popular Conservative accounts on holidays to draw attention away from their silencing of Conservatives?

While Worsham, who is pro-Trump, has been banned for criticizing pedophilia, it is worth noting that Twitter has not banned famous left wing celebrities who have themselves been accused or charged with pedophilia, and even encouraged acts of pedophilia against small children.

Harvey Weinstein and Kevin Spacey have both been accused of sexually assaulting minors, yet both of them still have verified Twitter accounts and access to Twitter, despite Twitter’s claim that verification and access to Twitter would also depend on users’ “off platform behavior”.

In June of 2018, Peter Fonda, a left wing actor, tweeted, in reference to Donald Trump’s 12-year-old son:

“WE SHOULD RIP BARRON TRUMP FROM HIS MOTHER’S ARMS AND PUT HIM IN A CAGE WITH PEDOPHILES AND SEE IF MOTHER WILL STAND UP AGAINST THE GIANT A—HOLE SHE IS MARRIED TO. 90 MILLION PEOPLE IN THE STREETS ON THE SAME WEEKEND IN THE COUNTRY. F—.”

Fonda’s tweet was so violent that it prompted an investigation by the US Secret Service. Not only did Twitter not make Fonda delete the tweet, but he remains on Twitter and still has a verified account.

However, in November 2017, Twitter removed verified status from both me — Laura Loomer — and Tommy Robinson for our reports about Islamic terrorism.

By banning both me and Robinson while refusing to punish Fonda, Spacey, and Weinstein, Twitter is signaling that reporting the truth about Islamic terrorism is worse than raping and sexually abusing children, or calling for children to be attacked by pedophiles.

Various Conservative commentators and content creators have chimed in on Twitter’s bizarre support of pedophiles and blatant bias of Conservatives.

Mark Dice said,

Twitter suspended me for “hate speech” after I told Kevin Spacey to “burn in Hell” and called him a scumbag after the previous allegations surfaced. Such great terms of service Twitter has these days. Meanwhile, they allow admitted pedophiles to have accounts. That’s liberalism.”

While Conservatives continue to be silenced and de-platformed for their views and support of President Trump, Twitter has become a safe haven for pedophiles and sexual predators who go unpunished by the left leaning tyrants in Silicon Valley who continue to use their terms of service as a form of political warfare to silence and quell political opposition.

On September 5, 2018, Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey testified before Congress under oath and said Twitter does not have a bias against Conservatives. The next day, Dorsey banned Alex Jones and Infowars from Twitter. Jones, along with being one of the most popular Conservatives on the Internet, was also an outspoken critic of pedophilia.

With the evidence presented, one thing is clear:

Either Jack Dorsey is pro-pedophilia, he is bias against conservatives, or both.

Regardless of what the answer is, it certainly isn’t a good look for Twitter.

Banished Journalist Laura Loomer’s $1.5 Billion Lawsuit Against Tech Giants Will Be Heard in Court

Loomer will have her day in court.

Banished journalist and Florida U.S. House candidate Laura Loomer’s lawsuit against Big Tech will be heard in the court of law following an order in the D.C. Circuit on Thursday.

Loomer is accusing tech giants such as Google, Apple, Facebook and Twitter of conspiring to suppress conservative voices on their platforms. The lawsuit is challenging these monolithic corporations for allegedly violating antitrust law as well as the 1st Amendment of the Constitution.

Her lawsuit had been previously tossed out by U.S. District Judge Trever N. McFadden, a Trump appointee to the bench, who stated that “while selective censorship of the kind alleged by the plaintiffs may be antithetical to the American tradition of freedom of speech, it is not actionable under the First Amendment unless perpetrated by a state actor.” However, Loomer was able to use a recent court ruling to resurrect her lawsuit despite the initial setback.

Loomer’s legal team, led by the right-wing political interest group Freedom Watch, used the precedent of Packingham v. North Carolina, a ruling which determined that it was unconstitutional to ban sex offenders from social media. The case essentially set the precedent that social media is a 1st Amendment right.

“Many of the principles set forth by the Supreme Court in Packingham lead to what appellants believe is the natural progression of the law to hold that social media companies are liable for First Amendment violations, given the progression of technology and its infiltration into the daily lives of nearly every single person,” Loomer’s team said in their final brief presented to the court.

Loomer points to Twitter banning her from the platform at the end of 2018 after she said that Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) adheres to a religion in which “women are abused” and “forced to wear the hijab.” She was similarly banned from Instagram for her assertion that Islam is “a cancer on humanity,” and Facebook, which owns Instagram, quickly followed suit and banned her even though the offending post was not made on that platform.

Loomer still cannot get her accounts restored despite the fact that she is running for the U.S. House in Florida’s 21st Congressional District, which could be considered a form of electoral interference.

Through her legal fight against the tech giants, Loomer is forcing them to reveal that they are no longer neutral platforms:

The tech behemoth Facebook has admitted that it is a publisher while defending its arbitrary censorship of banished journalist Laura Loomer, according to court documents.

Facebook banned Loomer’s account from their platform during a purge of popular conservative voices that happened in May. Others targeted by the purge included Milo Yiannopoulos, Alex Jones and Paul Joseph Watson. Loomer is striking back with a lawsuit that is unearthing some interesting revelations about the social media monolith.

“Under well-established law, neither Facebook nor any other publisher can be liable for failing to publish someone else’s message,” Facebook’s attorneys wrote.

Facebook actually has the audacity to claim that their 1st Amendment rights are being violated by Loomer’s lawsuit, in a total contorting of reality. They have filed a motion to dismiss the case.

“She claims Facebook labeled her as a ‘dangerous’ person who promotes hate – yet, the First Amendment has long protected such statements because they are opinions that are not capable of being proven true or false,” Facebook’s attorneys claim in their dismissal motion.

Right now, Facebook is protected under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act from being held liable for the content published on their platform. This special exemption worked fine when the social network engaged in relative neutrality, but those days are no more as Big Tech is at war with conservative and pro-Trump voices.

Loomer hopes to have her ability to communicate fully restored and to make Big Tech pay for infringing on her basic rights.
