Twitter Locks Donald Trump’s Account for 12 Hours, Threatens Him with PERMANENT SUSPENSION

Twitter has locked Donald Trump’s Twitter account for twelve hours as a result of the chaos in Washington DC and the video message to protesters he recorded and posted.

The Big Tech giant cited “repeated and severe violations of our Civic Integrity Policy” and is threatening @realDonaldTrump with a permanent suspension if they find him in violation again.

The three tweets that Twitter Safety refers to have been removed from Trump’s Twitter, including his video message telling protesters to go home. Twitter flagged it because he also called them “patriots” and said “we love you,” claiming it further stoked tensions rather than eased them.

Because these tweets were removed, the lock on Trump’s account will be released after twelve hours.

Not only that, Twitter Safety has also announced that any tweet labeled under the Civic Integrity Policy “due to the risk of violence” will receive no engagement. No ability to be replied to, retweeted, or liked.

Lin Wood has also been locked out of his Twitter account for twelve hours, according to a message posted on his Parler.

“I have been suspended from Twitter for 12 hours. Please let my Twitter Followers know that I am fine. The bad actors may be after the President & his supporters. So be wise, have discernment, & be careful. Pray for our country,” Wood wrote.
