Ukrainian Dictator Zelensky Demands Results From The United States

Back in December, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky left Washington DC on a sour note after he was unable to get the US Congress to dole out billions of military aid to it.

Although Zelensky was thankful for the words of support he received from members of Congress, he still wants concrete actions from DC policymakers.

“I got the signal — they were more than positive, but we know that we have to separate words and, in particular, results,” he stated during a press conference next to Biden. “Therefore, we will count on particular results.”

During Zelensky’s visit, Biden approved $200 million in new military aid.

However, it appears that elected officials will be unable to supply Ukraine with roughly $61 billion in military aid.

For their part? Republicans have pushed back against the Biden regime’s bloated military aid package by making it a point that such aid be accompanied with  stronger funding for border security.

“I’m ready and offered compromises already,” Biden stated. “Holding Ukraine funding hostage in an attempt to force through an extreme Republican partisan agenda on the border is not how it works.”

Republicans have remained adamant about how the border has to be addressed before any discussion about increasing military aid to Ukraine.

“I just don’t think Democrats appreciate, specifically, how committed Republicans are to securing our southern border,” Missouri Senator Eric Schmitt said to The Hill.

Among elected officials in DC it’s becoming abundantly clear that Ukraine can’t win in its war against Russia, even with copious amounts of US military aid flowing to it.

Ukraine’s much-hyped counteroffensive has been a total dud and Western military stockpiles have been thoroughly depleted. Now, US policymakers need to wake up and smell the hot java about the futility of waging a proxy war against Russia.
