UK’s Prince Andrew Avoiding Court Summons From Epstein Trafficking Victim

British royal Prince Andrew is avoiding being served legal documents involving a civil suit filed against him by a Jeffrey Epstein trafficking victim.

New York court documents indicate that the senior British royal refused to accept a court summons from a process server who arrived at a royal residence in Windsor, England earlier this year. Andrew is being sued by Virginia Giuffre, a woman who was trafficked by billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein as a teenager. Giuffre alleges that the British royal sexually abused her when she was 17.

In an affidavit, a process server describes arriving at the gate of the Royal Lodge in Windsor and presenting court documents related to Giuffre’s civil suit against Andrew in a manner consistent with summons practices of the British court system. Royal security refused to accept summons documents, with the process server eventually contacting Andrew’s lawyer. The first pretrial hearing in Giuffre’s lawsuit against Prince Andrew is scheduled for September 13th in New York. The Prince continues to deny any sexual involvement with Giuffre or any of Epstein’s trafficking victims.

Andrew has been ostracized from the Royal Family for his enduring friendship with Epstein, who famously was found dead in a New York City federal jail before a potential trial could’ve illuminated his elite pedophile network. Prince Andrew has declined to cooperate with American law enforcement who continue to investigate Epstein’s sex trafficking activities, with Epstein ‘madame’ Ghislane Maxwell  currently facing trial.

Giuffre also alleges seeing President Bill Clinton on Epstein’s infamous “pedophile island” of Little Saint James in the early 2000’s. She’s the third witness with connections to either Epstein or the former Democrat President to pin Clinton at pedophile island, an assertion that Bill fiercely denies.
