VIDEO: Lawyer for DEMOCRAT PARTY OF FL Says Destroying Ballots Is NOT “Fraud Or Corruption”

While reporting for Big League Politics inside the Broward County Supervisor of Elections Office in Broward County, FL, I encountered Leonard Samuels, one of the lawyers who is being paid by the Democrat Party of Florida to represent Democrats and observe the voter recount.
The following exchange was captured on video, wherein Samuels said that Brenda Snipes destroying ballots is not “fraud or corruption.”
It’s something so shocking, you have to see it yourself to believe it!
Laura Loomer: “Do you think that it’s appropriate for Brenda Snipes to be overseeing this given the fact that a judge ruled that she already destroyed ballots in a race between Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Tim Canova? I mean, that seems a little unethical for her to be overseeing this?”
Leonard Samuels: ‘Of course she should oversee this. She was appointed by a Republican governor Jeb Bush. She’s been reelected several times by the voters of Broward County… There’s been not one iota of fraud. There’s been not one iota of corruption.”
Laura Loomer: “There has though. A judge ruled she destroyed ballots in the race between Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Tim Canova. So how can you say that there’s not any shred of evidence of corruption when she destroyed ballots? If you’re an elections supervisor shouldn’t destroying ballots be an automatic disqualification for overseeing elections.”
Leonard Samuels: “I don’t qualify that as fraud or corruption.”
Laura Loomer: “You don’t qualify the destruction of legitimate ballots as fraud or corruption?”
Leonard Samuels: “It was way, way after the election. Debbie Wasserman Schultz won that election.”
Laura Loomer: “You don’t not think that is fraud? And you’re a lawyer for the Democrat Party?”
There you have it. The Democrat fixer just admitted he didn’t think destroying ballots is voter fraud!
Brenda Snipes is the Broward County Supervisor of Elections. Although she was appointed by then Republican Governor Jeb Bush, her history of ballot destruction cannot be ignored, as Samuels seems to wish would happen.
Bush, despite appointing Snipes, is now calling for her to be removed from her position as Supervisor of Elections.
There is no question that Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes failed to comply with Florida law on multiple counts, undermining Floridians’ confidence in our electoral process. Supervisor Snipes should be removed from her office following the recounts.

Pressure is mounting to have state police seize the ballots as more reports of “mysterious” provisional ballot boxes keep popping up throughout Broward County, which has captured the nation’s attention amid the post-election recount fiasco.
