Racist Democrat Virginia governor Ralph Northam is now standing in defiance of his own state Democratic Party, which wants him to resign after Big League Politics published a medical school yearbook photo of Northam and a friend wearing blackface and a Ku Klux Klan hood, respectively.
We made the decision to let Governor Northam do the correct thing and resign this morning – we have gotten word he will not do so this morning.

Northam has now embarked on a desperate last-ditch spin campaign. He is trying to float the idea that he’s not quite sure that he is one of the people in the photo on his own yearbook page, even though he already admitted that he participated in the photo.
This is laughable.
The governor has also been calling his former med school classmates to jog their memories. He does NOT think he is the man in Klan hood or blackface and doesn’t want to resign before trying to determine who is in that photo.

Democrats are not buying it.
.@SenLouiseLucas was not buying it. “He should have said that yesterday then. He just told me he didn’t think it’s him. And I said, ‘Ralph, this is a day late and a dollar short. It’s too late.’” https://t.co/fjahRAt0aD

Protesters outraged by Virginia governor Ralph Northam’s racist past showed up outside the Governor’s Mansion Saturday to make it clear that they want Northam to leave office.
Activist Art Burton said, “We are here today because the history of Jim Crow is still alive and living in the Governor’s Mansion.”
