WATCH: Dr. Oz Refuses To Rule Out Voting Against McConnell As Senate Majority Leader
How will the ‘MAGA’ base react to this? Excitement for the Pennsylvania Senate race has gone up exponentially as the state’s Republican Primary is rapidly approaching its inevitable conclusion.
Tensions in the race are ramping up. A recent interview by Real America’s Voice news host David Brody posted Monday showed Dr. Oz saying he will not commit to voting against Mitch McConnell as the majority leader should he ultimately win a seat in the Senate.
“Kathy Barnette says she’s not gonna support Mitch McConnell as Senate leader if she’s the next senator from Pennsylvania,” began show host David Brody. “What about you? Would you make the same that same commitment?”
“I wanna be in the Senate, get elected to the position, beat a very strong Democrat in November, and then be in the room when that decision is made for us to be Senate Majority Leader,” Oz began in what was essentially a dodge of the question entirely. “Then I’ll look at all of the people out there and I’ll do what’s best for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.”
Brody pressed Oz further, asking “okay, so not a blanket no or yes? You’re gonna wait and see. Is that correct?”
“Yes,” Oz succinctly replied.

The race has remained controversial to say the least, with right-wingers across the spectrum consistently squabbling over who deserves the ultimate victory. One example of such disputes came from former Trump Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell, who along with others baselessly slandered candidate Kathy Barnette as a supporter of the radical ‘Black Lives Matter’ movement.
Grenell himself supports the Trump-endorsed Dr. Mehmet Oz, a man who has drawn massive ire in many conservative circles for his very recent support of abortion and ‘Black Lives Matter’ alike.
Barnette has pulled no punches against her foes in the race, emphatically stating “I have no intentions of supporting globalists,” when asked if she would support Oz or candidate Dave McCormick should either of them ultimately take the nomination.
