Virginia Governor Ralph Northam said Wednesday morning that a new bill to legalize abortion up to birth would actually allow doctors and mothers to choose whether or not to murder an infant AFTER being delivered and “kept comfortable.”

This video is disturbing, but must be seen to be believed. Democrats are fully on board with infanticide in 2019.
